I seized the opportunity to join the Molekule design team during a crucial period, taking the lead in developing a new website, packaging system, and retail experience. Collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders and an Associate Creative Director (ACD), I played a central role in introducing fresh experiences, products, and systems to the Molekule site and prominent e-retailers like Amazon, Apple, and BestBuy.
